When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide in that form — your name, email address, and any company, country, product, volume, market, packaging, Incoterm, delivery-window and message details you choose to give us. Optional fields can be left blank.

We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we set no marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes we will update this page before the change takes effect.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to send you the specifications, documents or samples you request, and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry, we rely on your consent, given via the checkbox on the enquiry form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business-to-business correspondence. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or discussion is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers process data on our behalf in order to run this site and deliver email: Cloudflare (website hosting and bot protection) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery). Data may be processed outside Bangladesh in the course of that delivery.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email[email protected].

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. This policy is maintained alongside the site; the current version is the one published here.
